Assalamu'alaykum warahmatullah!

After such a looooong time, finally I have a chance to write in this blog again. Yep, my internet connection was really bad until I change my SIM card. Now I can surf forever! :P 

Yesterday I know how to play Insane level in osu!, but still I don't get why some excellent players like osuplayer111 or Kawayi Rika are capable of playing the insane sooo accurately. Well, at least I'm at Hard level, my fingers and my arm still a bit stiff while playing even in Insane Auto Pilot mode. Eh-heh, well that's unranked, I know. And I use my right fingers while playing auto pilot. Actually my left fingers is capable of doing three fast circles, and my right hand is waaaay more. maybe 15+. 

Ah, well you guys don't see what I am talking about, right? 

Let me explain. It's been about 6 months since I played osu! for the first time. it's fun. You click the circles, sliders and spinners while listening to the music. You must click them along the music so you'll find it goes with the music. The music plus circles, sliders and spinners is called beatmap. The beatmaps actually made by users, and the good one is also made by expert users. You can download thousands of beatmaps but see the rating first. If the rating is bad, it means there's a lot of misplaced notes along the music. You will hardly play the game because a lot of circles don't go with the music. you lose the game when you misclick the map, causing a so-called HP draining. You can add more HP with clicking the map with a right timing.

Scoring

A perfect click (at a right time) is worth 300. Then there's 100 and 50. An 50 is worth 1/6 than 300, while missing a note is worth none. If you can keep right in clicking, you'll get combo. More combo will increase your score, and a little misclick will cause your combo to stop and back to 1. 

Accuracy

The better you play at right timing, the better your accuracy. 100% accuracy means you clicked all the notes at a right time, no miss, and the combo is full. The better accuracy, the better the aplhabetic score/index.

SS means 100% accuracy.

S means you don't miss a note, but you get one or more 100 or a bit 50.

A means there's too much 100 or 50 with no miss, or just one or more miss.

B means worse than A.

C is worse than B.

D is worst.

At first playing usually newbie users gets D, so read the tutorial carefully!

-Tema: “I’m a Muslimah and I’m Proud :)”
  Tulisan berupa kisah nyata yang unik dan inspiratif tentang:
~ Perjuangan menjadi seorang muslimah di fakultas/program studimu, atau
~ Perjuangan membumikan dakwah muslimah di ITB

Ceritakan pengalaman paling berkesanmu menjadi seorang muslimah di tengah jurusan yang ‘tak biasa’, berjuang menjadi seorang muslimah yang aktif berorganisasi dengan segudang prestasi, menjadi seorang muslimah yang hobi mendaki gunung-lewati lembah- dalam rangka kuliah lapangan, dan berbagai inspiring stories lainnya ;D

- Peserta: Terbuka untuk seluruh muslimah ITB (angkatan 2007-2011)

Aberasi Kromosom - Aneuploid pada Manusia

Kelainan jumlah kromosom pada manusia akan menimbulkan kelainan dan gangguan yang menyebabkan penderitanya tidak normal. Trisomi pada manusia bisa terjadi pada autosom maupun pada kromosom seks. Beberapa diantaranya adalah sindrom Down, Turner, dan Klinefelter.

Sindrom Down (mongolisme). Kelainan sindrom Down pertama kali ditemukan oleh Langdom Down pada tahun 1866. Penderita memiliki ciri-ciri tubuh pendek, mata sipit, tengkorak lebar dan pendek, lubang hidung besar, lidah besar dengan alur yang khusus, jari pendek dan besar, telapak tangan berkerut, dan lemah ingatan. Penderita sindrom Down memiliki dua kromosom nomor 12 sehingga kariotipenya menjadi (47, +21) atau jumlah kromosomnya menjadi 47. Ketidaknormalan ini lebih banyak terjadi pada kehamilan ibu-ibu yang usianya lebih tua dibandingkan dengan kehamilan pada ibu yang usianya lebih muda. Bayi Penderita Sindrom Down

Kariotipe penderita Sindrom Down (wanita)

Sindrom Turner (45, X).
Kromosomnya terdiri dari 44 autosom dan 1 kromosom X, ditemukan pertama kali oleh H.H. Turner pada tahun 1938 di Amerika Serikat. Sindrom Turner terjadi dengan frekuensi 1 diantara 2500 bayi wanita dan 90% mengalami keguguran spontan. Terjadi karena ovum yang tidak mengandung kromosom X dibuahi sperma X. Wanita sindrom Turner tidak memiliki ovarium, steril, ciri kelamin sekunder terbatas, tubuh pendek, dan letak telinga agak ke bawah.

Sindrom Klinefelter (47, XXY). 

Adanya penambahan kromosom X ekstra terhadap kromosom XY menyebabkan seorang laki-laki berkariotipe (47, XXY). Kelainan genetis ini pertama kali ditemukan oleh Klinefelter pada tahun 1942, dengan frekuensi 1 diantara 500 kelahiran bayi laki-laki. Penderita sindrom ini mempunyai fenotipe tetapi ada kecenderungan memiliki ciri kelamin sekunder wanita, yaitu bulu badan tidak tumbuh, testis dan kelenjar prostat kecil, payudara membesar karena timbunan lemak, gaya mirip wanita, intelegensi kurang, kaki dan lengan nampak lebih panjang.
